game desperately need better story, but does Maim do any writing ?

One step at a time. First, fix the issues with the triggers. This game should take only a single playthrough to unlock everything and that suppose to be a smooth experience. But it isn't.

Yes effectively. First fix the gameplay. Then there will be time to rewrite the story.
For the 0.4 update the sleep in bed at night system is being added and one of the areas in the game will have a new navigation system.
For the 0.5 update the entire navigation system will be re-worked for the other areas in the game and the skip time button will trigger the events like expected without having to re-visit the current area.
I have done original writing for some of the games I've worked on, the HH custom scenes I've done, and I'm currently writing the story and dialogue for my Summertime Saga new character mod I'm working on. But I don't do any writing for this game.
