If I remember correctly, he watches as this guy (the leader of a bullying group of shits) destroys some other kids at the school. And after watching it happen and trying to prevent it, you get into a fight with the bully.
Without getting TOO off-topic here...
The feeling that you get when you see what Ethan is doing... The frustration you feel when Zach betrays the MC... That makes you want to punch him into a bloody mess. Valeria's kick to the groin was absolutely perfectly timed!

I played this game when it first came out, but did not play it again until this update. There are aspects of the story I like, for example being allowed to chose which girls become LI's and those that I don't, like having to stay friends with Zach. Perhaps this has been discussed at length but The Erynn story line is just weak from start to finish. She could have talked to MC after the incident as children. It's not like he left town the day after it happened. She stayed friends with Ethan for a long time even though he was a jerk. I really don't believe that an old sex tape is going to have any more impact on her becoming a teacher than her being a model that had done some at least close to nude photos (remember Melissa said that Erynn had done photos that were more revealing than the transparent bikini.) Certainly, if it became known that she worked as an escort, her abilitiy to become a teacher would be hampered by more than the sex tape. She doesn't appear famous enough for the memory of a sex tape to last long.

MC is so worried about what Ethan might do to Erynn that he convinces her to move in with her mom. When he gets back from training game, he doesn't check to see if she is okay. At the modelling show, Ethan and his goons attack MC. MC leaves knowing that Erynn is there and Ethan is there with his goons. Why wouldn't he stay there to make sure Erynn was safe?
Has there ever been a VN where MC has gotten beaten up so often? I do hope that we are not forced to reconcile with Zach in the future.

Well. Valeria is definitely rising through the ranks. Nikki is still N1 though, MC&her have best chemistry together.
Overall good update: except for scene with Ethan/Zach. The whole thing made them look like a bunch of 10 year olds. I'm guessing relationship with him play into at some point ( at bringing him down), but it still could have been done more convincingly.

Yeah just finished the Val run didnt see any Zach ball kick. I did notice that The Val path vs alexis path I got jumped by many dudes vs just being punched only by zach but that was about it. It's prob because on the val path I didnt bother so save Eryn when she got slapped so I never hit Ethan? I can recall Iris's dad stepping in to save you from the ass beating also. I might have missed something.

This was my favorite update... so much Cara (my treasure). So why am I so fucking pissed off? The ending was just mean. Until the next update, I'm just going to have to embrace the fact that

I mean.. I didn't save her when I just did Val's path but from what Ethan said sounds like he raped her for sure. I deff need to do the (almost) step-sisters path as well to see what you mean bout the cara bit.

I don't know, I kind of had the opinion that just her phone is in the dumpster and that MC is still going to have to save her. I pay attention to what content sells and doesn't sell. This developer has a decent number of patrons and I believe that the type of player that would tend to support this game is also the type of player that would not like the rape or killing of an LI. AL pulled off the killing off the killing of an LI, but it was original. It's no longer original and comes off as stealing DPC's idea. Another game that had been doing okay tried it and the game was dead a few months later. SS was mentioned earlier in someone's post. That game had an unexpected bad ending added to the game where an LI was raped and murdered. The content was avoidable (although initially it was hard to do so), the discussion thread blew up and the developer told me that he was getting actual death threats. Hopefully this developer makes wiser decisions regarding Erynn's fate.

I didnt save her during the slap scene though and after zach punched me Ethan was like "btw Erynn was a good lay you dont know what your missing
" so either he's boasting or he did something and left her there. Besides I think even now if you dont try to go an Erynn path is there even any content or is it just her flirting and it going nowhere per norm. Erynn might not even be a legit option and used as a plot device at this point.

Eyrin as a plot device is not going anywhere. MC heartbroken over Eyrin being with Ethan is how the game started.
NOw we are literally back to that plot line, after we have been going back to it over and over:
MC leaves her flat, Ethan goes inside. MC cannot get a hold of Eyrin, Ethan is with her in a coffee shop chatting.
How many hints does a dude need before he realizes he is being played?
At this time in the game, MC is thinking to himself : what is the point?
She ends up with ethan on every path.
Make up your mind, woman! MC or Ethan! So far, purely on 1 vs 1 , Ethan has been winning big time.
Ethan treating Eyrin as a meat sleeve for his boner is panfully obvious, yet she is still thinking of resisting him.
She has this flair of getting MC into shitty situations, then shuts off on him about no reasons,
then wants to be alone, just up until her next ethan meeting.
